Since the late 1990s my material on the Gentlemanly Art has been under my own name.  In 2005 I decided to have this site not directly linked to my real name, and to use a pseudonym instead.  The reasons for this are:

• Some people finding the material distracting, disturbing or distasteful - perhaps due to misunderstandings or whatever, but nonetheless it happens.
  
  
• These people being affected by this in a way which adversely affects their impression of family members - even though these family members have nothing to do with this site.
  

Please refer to this site as Mr Fondman's "Fondly and Firmly - The Gentlemanly Art of Spanking the Woman you Love" and always link to http://fondlyandfirmly.com .  Please write to me at an address like mrfondman@ffondlyandfirmly.com - but with just a single "f" at the start of fondlyandfirmly.  The text here is deliberately incorrect in an effort to stop spammers finding my address.

Many people know my real name and identity.  Please, in any discussion forum or website, use "Mr Fondman" from now on.

I am very proud of this site and I receive emails indicating that it has been extraordinarily valuable to many couples and individuals.  One day I may emerge from this pseudonym, but for now, my other websites are not linked to this one, nor this one to my other sites.
